RETURNS

We want you to order with confidence, so we guarantee your satisfaction.

Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at consumer-relations@biomilkskincare.com.

At your request we will mail you a prepaid USPS return label so you can easily return your order and receive a refund. 

Please note:

  • You must contact us to request your return within 5 days of receiving your order. 
  • Consider keeping the packaging materials you receive, in the event you need to make a return. Alternatively, you may use any other secure packaging of your choice for the return.
  • Your card on file will be refunded once we confirm receipt of the returned package at our warehouse, less $7 restocking charge per return. If you wish to make an exchange and avoid the restocking fee, please advise us when you contact us. We will be happy to issue your full refund as a gift voucher.
  • Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Items received free with purchase through a promotion must be returned along with qualifying purchased items.
  • Gift certificate purchases are Non-Refundable.
  • Items purchased at a retail location or outside of BIOMILKskincare.com may only be returned through that channel. We will not accept these items for exchange, and cannot issue a refund for items purchased outside of our website.
